Erin & Ken — Minted

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at Spencer's by 4:15pm. This will give you ample time to find parking and make your way inside for the ceremony

What is the dress code?

It's a nice day for a White wedding- but please refrain from wearing it. Dress to impress! Bring comfortable shoes with you for dancing the night away.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Everything will take place indoors however, the venue is located on the lake so there is the opportunity to take some pictures outside if you like.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

There is reserved restaurant parking on the right side of the venue and a parking attendant out front. If that is full you can use the public parking on the left side, or any of the residential streets

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP here on the website before April 15th

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Burlington?

Ken and Erin met and lived in Burlington. Here are some of their favourite downtown spots you can't miss out on

Coffee/Breakfast Hangouts

Kelly’s Bake Shoppe: This beautiful café is known for their mouth watering baked goods with healthy guilt free ingredients that are 100% plant based, gluten free and peanut free.

Lakeshore Coffee House: Serving the best in fair trade organic coffee the Lakeshore Coffee House welcomes you located across from the lake. They also serve made to order sandwiches that are amazing

Sunshine Doughnut Company: Everything is hand made and crafted in house daily. Delicious flavours range from Burlington Cream, Sprinkle, Strawberry Glazed to more decadent flavours such as Dulce de Leche, Cheery Cheesecake, Earl Grey & Blueberry Basil. Take a picture with the world famous sign out front 😉

Lunch/Dinner Spots:

Son of a Peach Pizzeria: Incredible pizza restaurant with sparking wine (on tap!) and local craft beers. Featured on "You Gotta Eat Here" on the Food Network you have to try the garlic knots, the Italian salad, and the Burlingtonian pizza!

The Coop Wicked Chicken: If you've never been, this place is not to be missed. Their old school vibe, simple delicious cocktails and crave-able chicken items are going to ruffle some feathers. The Nashville chicken sandwich and waffle fries are deadly.

The Martini House: Our #1 date spot! The best martinis (obviously), but great seafood (oysters, sesame tuna are our faves), beef tartare, carbonara ravioli, and braised short rib.

The North Coal Kitchen & Bar: Great casual restaurant with fantastic espresso martinis and specialty drinks. Try the crispy brussel sprouts, smoked duck tacos, and Cajun chicken on naan sandwich!

Centro NOCA: The best home good store in Burlington hands down! Centro NOCA is a living design and style store, gelato and coffee shop, that hopes to bring the real to life. Centro blends design and ideas with finished green centric goods.

Pure Boutique: “A little bit of everything I love” Home décor, DIY, furniture paint, workshops, accessories for you and your home, and a whole lotta love.

Scrivener's Men's Apparel: Ken's favourite clothing store. Check it out if you want to dress like him 😉

The White Coconut: Beautiful women's clothing store. Lots of great styles and options
